What kind of holiday are you? Are you more the type who enjoys the classic comforts of hotels, or do you prefer a more independent solution, perhaps recreating domestic privacy?
In this case, we offer you the pleasant novelty of our apartments!
The flats are located in a pleasant renovated villa on Viale Cavalcanti 6, just a few steps from Hotel Grazia and therefore also from the sea!
With its open architecture and living spaces that blend in perfectly with its surroundings, the cottage is characterised by clean, modern lines, set in a green area that enhances its tranquillity.
They consist of a living room with kitchen, a main bedroom with double bed and a smaller room with single bed and bathroom. Each room has very large balconies.
It has private internal stairs and is arranged on two floors. At the entrance there is a living room with kitchen, a small bedroom with a single bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor, which has a small hallway, a second bathroom and a large bedroom with double bed and single bed.
A garden area surrounds the entire building. It is shared by all residents of the flats.
Each flat is equipped with a private washing machine.
Private, covered car park on floor -1 (€ 25 per day and subject to availability as it is in high demand), or enclosed car park 20 metres from the flats, with an extra charge of € 10 per day (on request).
At Hotel Grazia it is possible to add:
– breakfast service at a cost of €10 per person per day
– lunch and dinner at a cost of €20 per person per meal
– affiliated beach at a cost of €20 per day for a sun umbrella and 2 sun beds (each additional sun bed costs €10).
Each flat will be delivered with sheets and towels. It is also possible to have extra cleaning done for an extra charge of € 45 (complete base with change of bed linen and towels).
